I've never heard of it and I didn't find anything bad or discussed about it. Some of the links on the site map don't work and since the website been there for 6 years, you'd think all the links should work.
One other thing that is kinda weird is at the bottom of the application form it says its website is http://www.concreterose.net but it's a parked domain with Google Adsense on it. It's real website is http://www.concreteroseinc.com
Sure, it could be that they never updated their application form and the parked domain was in use before.
I'm not saying these small things are red flags. The website itself doesn't give a lot of information, but you can and you should email them if you have questions. I think that's probably the best way to go.
